Application procedure

The claim procedure included in article 13 of RD 1112/2018 will come into force on September 20, 2020 as contemplated in its fifth final provision.

Claim

If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed upon, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if no response has been obtained.

They will be submitted through the web accessibility complaint form and will be received and processed by the General Directorate of Transparency and Good Governance.

Resource

Against the resolution of the claim regulated in the previous articles, an ALZADA Appeal may be filed before the Vice-Minister of Transparency and Quality of Services.
